Privacy

DTE Energy does not disclose nonpublic personal information about current and former customers to affiliates or non-affiliated third parties except as permitted by law. DTE Energy does collect and maintain statistics, including IP addresses, about visitors to the Site in order to track the total number of visitors to the Site and to specific parts of the Site. DTE Energy may also use IP addresses to more clearly determine how visitors travel to, through, and among DTE Energy’s Site to help improve various components of the Site, including flow and content. Such statistics will not be shared with third parties.
